Senior Planning and Controls Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently develop planning packages, including project schedules, PMS, and other required reports
• Manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion
• Provide expert-level planning and control support for project teams
• Use Primavera P6 to track, control, and report project progress
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
• Participate in project risk management workshops and provide accurate reporting

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Process Engineering (preferred), or other disciplines with multi-disciplinary know-how and hands-on experience
• 15 to 20 years of experience in planning, controls, and reporting activities, ideally in engineering or construction-related projects
• Proven experience with Primavera P6
• Strong capability in independently developing project schedules, PMS, and control documentation
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Experience with project risk management workshops and reporting is a plus
