The company has raised more than 22 Million USD till date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi,etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas. With our exhaustive learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain. Location : Gurugram Duration: 6 months (High-performing interns will be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)) Stipend: Rs.20,000 About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our team and assist with operational and data-related tasks on the Code360 platform. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling data, possess strong logical and analytical thinking, and have excellent communication abilities. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment, collaborating with multiple departments and working on tickets related to platform operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Handling and Management: - Organize, analyze, and manage large datasets using Excel or Google Sheets. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. 2. Ticket Management: - Work on operational tickets related to Code360, addressing platform-specific issues and enhancements. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tickets in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Cross-Department Collaboration: - Liaise with different departments to gather information, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth workflow. - Act as a point of contact for operational queries related to Code360. 4. Process Optimization: - Identify areas for improvement within operational workflows and suggest actionable solutions. - Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs). 5. Communication and Reporting: - Communicate findings, updates, and progress effectively to team leads and other stakeholders. - Generate periodic reports summarizing tasks, achievements, and data insights. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets: Strong ability to manage and analyze data with tools like formulas, pivot tables, and charts. - Logical and Analytical Thinking: A keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data logically. - Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication to interact with various stakeholders. - Adaptability and Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Team Collaboration: Enthusiasm for working with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
