For more information about CoinSwitch Kuber, find additional resources here: About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Public Relations Manager to take charge of our PR efforts and elevate our brand’s visibility in the market. This role requires a seasoned PR professional with a strong network, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to execute impactful media strategies. As the Senior PR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the public narrative, managing the brand's reputation, and driving strategic communications across multiple channels. What You Will Do: Strategic Communication Planning

• Devise and implement PR strategies to promote PeepalCo’s mission, values, and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PR efforts with overall business objectives.

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and industry influencers who can help build brand visibility and credibility.

• Act as the first point of contact for managing crisis situations
• Develop effective strategies to address and mitigate any potential risks to the company’s reputation.

• Curate press releases, media responses, statements, op-eds, and other external communication material to effectively communicate our key messages.

• Lead, guide, and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position PeepalCo as a thought leader.
• Increase participation in high-impact events and awards

• Track the performance of PR campaigns and provide detailed reports on media coverage and sentiment.
• Use insights to refine strategies and improve future outcomes

• Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience in public relations. Experience in crypto, fintech and financial services will be a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Media Network: Strong network of media contacts across traditional and digital platforms
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• Crisis Management: Experience handling high-pressure situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft long-term strategies while managing day-to-day execution
• Team Player: Strong collaboration and leadership skills to work across teams and mentor junior members
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in measuring the impact of PR campaigns and providing actionable insights
