Technical Program Manager, Data Center Design Level: Mid Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management, influencing across a cross-functional organization. Experience with program management working in building design or infrastructure deployments. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license, RAA License, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent. As a Technical Program Manager, Data Center Design, you will manage the full lifecycle of programs, lead, organize, and manage program activities that drive business outcomes while developing systems to identify improvements to drive future optimizations, change management, and performance metrics. You will also define and address undefined cross-functional challenges, utilizing existing protocols including program management methodologies to monitor and manage programs and stakeholders.
