As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising real estate sales agents and building a strong sales team including buyer's agents and showing assistants. You will mentor the real estate team to success by managing the agents, motivating and training them to put their clients first and win leads. You will handle a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team, including scheduling appointments with clients, providing feedback after meetings, and ensuring that the sales team has everything they need to perform well. You will also track sales performance metrics and report these results back to senior management.

In this role, you will:

Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.
Plan and direct sales team training.
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
Set individual and monthly sales targets for the sales teams.
Work on sales scripts with agents.
Achieve monthly sales targets from both personal and group accounts.
Generate leads and prospects to meet quarterly sales production review parameters.
Assist the Sales Manager with recruiting, developing, and training new sellers.
Conduct site viewings regularly.
Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting.
Ensure team members have the necessary resources to perform effectively.
Control expenses and monitor budgets.
Monitor team performance and motivate them to achieve targets.
Track and maintain records of team sales, payments, and account reviews.
Source feedback for enhancing product effectiveness and addressing client issues.
Collect customer feedback and market research for effective measures and follow-ups.
Verify agency data/numbers to analyze growth opportunities and determine recruiting needs.
Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base through effective team management.
Keep track of agency pools and verify agency data in their area.
Source feedback from operations and the sales team for effective planning and execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the real estate field.
Valid KSA license required.
Strong knowledge of the local market.
Strong knowledge of various sales techniques and pipeline management.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with the ability to influence and interact at all levels.
Able to work in and lead a project team with a diverse range of individuals.
Approachable and friendly personality.
Able to motivate others.
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
