The Relocation Consultant oversees the relocation process, locating neighborhoods for the client's housing and school requirements.The relocation consultant coordinates with the team to deliver the greatest customer service. The Consultant must ascertain the client's unique relocation needs and priorities to give the best service.JOB DESCRIPTION:The primary role is responding to the client's questions regarding the moving, including the cost.The Consultant must assess the move components to ensure standards, create an itinerary and report for a client, and find neighborhoods, homes, and schools/childcare related to needs.He/She must bargain with landlords and other agents to provide the best customer service.REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:Practical communication skills are necessary as interacting with clients, co-workers, and outside businesses or agencies is a daily task.Must fulfill deadlines and get along well with clients. He/she must be sensitive to customers' personal and professional needs.Must be organized and a multitasker.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel.Must be a holder of a valid UAE Driver's license and driving a 4WD or similar spacious vehicle.Working as a real estate agent/school is an added value.
