We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who possesses the passion and skill-set to translate ideas and copy into visual language. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we'd like to meet you. The ideal candidate will be a good listener with a marketing and creative oriented approach.Responsibilities include:Work with Art directors, copywriters and traffic manager to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the jobEnsure execution and creative ideas developed on-time and budgetThinking creatively to produce new ideas and developing interactive engaging visual languageEnsure client's objectives and guidelines are met and followedTest graphics across various media and prepare hand/digital mockupsMaintain the proper documentation and assets management and handoversFollow project deadlines, time allocation and ensure a daily timesheet submission accurately and report all activities and working hours to account handlers and project managersBe a part of brainstorming activities to create new ideas to engage customers through design and creative expressions and drive customer engagementLearn about the clients' industry and business activities to suggest more customized solutionsAbility to generate creative solutions, be resourceful and innovative in problem solving and negotiate with easePresenting finalized ideas and concepts to management and clientsReview and proof all creative deliverables (text, print images, video) to ensure all content complies with Brand guidelines and regulatory frameworksWorking as part of a team with production managers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialistsPartner with various internal stakeholders to understand brief requirements, as well as implement art corrections quickly and efficientlyCreate and produce product mock-ups and/or prototypes for sales and marketing presentationsCreate original and compelling work for campaigns and experiences across multiple mediumsExhibiting a restless interest in advancing the success of our clients and the agencyPutting the market situation, consumer and brand promise at the heart of our strategies and plansMinimum Requirements:Fluency in communication and mediaUp to date on industry best practices, new trends and benchmarksDigital savvyPassionate for creative innovation and ability to work effectively with creative teamAbility to conceptualize an integrated marketing mixAbility to inspire creative processAbility to recognize and develop creative ideasProfessional software skills in:Adobe Creative SuiteMac OSMicrosoft OfficeEmail CommunicationProject Management systemsOrganized, multitasker and detail-orientedPositive attitude towards the role, the team, the agency and its clientsImpeccable presentation skillsEager to learn and share knowledgeExcellent written, verbal and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skillsStrong analytical & intuitive skillsAccountable, take responsibility, get the team back up when it's down and get stuff doneAdhere to Ethical code of conduct and follow professional mannersWe are dedicated to providing fast, thoughtful, and high-touch interactions.
