Review project specifications to identify required submittal materials for plumbing, chilled water, and firefighting Products, selection, and submittals.Assemble complete submittal & Prequalification documents, packages that meet project requirements and formatting guidelines.Maintain detailed records and tracking logs to monitor submittal status and approvals.Provide technical support to sales team and field as needed.Required Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in a technical support or project coordination role, preferably in supplier of HVAC/plumbing/Firefighting Products.Strong understanding of plumbing, chilled water, and fire protection systems and equipment.Proficiency in reading and interpreting products specifications, and submittalsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.Experience using Microsoft Office.Knowledge of submittal review processes and approval requirements.
