With over 10,000+ customers and an ambitious trajectory toward global expansion, there's never been a better time to join Rewaa!As a presales engineer you will work closely with the sales team before a deal is closed, usually in B2B technology sales. You will be the customer's most trusted advisor because you have a deep understanding of your company's value proposition and your customer's pain points. You will support the sales team all throughout the sales process and function as the technical resource for your team and the technical point of contact for your prospects. While the Account Manager is in charge of all commercial aspects of a potential transaction, as a presales engineer you will be in charge of all technical aspects.Key AccountabilitiesCollaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support during pre-sales discussions.Conduct in-depth demonstrations of the ERP applications tailored to prospects' business processes.Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how the ERP suite of applications can provide value.Liaise between the customer and the ERP technical teams to ensure that customer requirements are accurately captured and met.Address any technical questions or concerns that arise during the sales process.Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.Convey customer feedback to the product development team regarding potential product enhancements or new products.Keep up-to-date on the ERP product releases and updates, as well as general ERP industry trends.Help clients understand the best mix of the ERP applications and configure them according to their needs.Provide post-sales support when necessary to ensure the customer's technical requirements are met.Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldProven work experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Representative.Minimum 2 Years working in ERP companySolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesKnowledge of ERP systemsExcellent presentation and creativity skillsAbility to build strong customer relationships at various levels.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conceptualize workflow solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Work EnvironmentThis is a 100% office job.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive monthly salary.Stock Option Plan.Health insurance for the employee and their spouse and children.21 working days annual vacation.Rewaa is a fast-growing company with great opportunities to develop.
