About the Role As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for managing the sales process of residential properties within our communities. You will work closely with potential residents and their families to ensure a seamless sales experience. Your primary focus will be on meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your Key Responsibilities Liaise with outgoing residents or their representatives to ensure properties are listed appropriately for sale. Manage the sale of newly released stock in our communities. Provide exceptional customer service to potential residents and their families. Requirements Current Real Estate Certificate (essential). Demonstrated experience in a sales or business development role in residential property. Exposure to the retirement living industry is advantageous.
