As the Chief Customer Officer, you will: Develop and execute a 3-year commercial strategy to significantly grow the business. Drive end-to-end accountability for sales, marketing, and design, delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and stakeholders. Lead a team of 40+, fostering a professional, results-driven selling culture across diverse functions. Contribute to the Executive Leadership Team, shaping the company’s strategic direction and elevating its market presence. Expand into new markets, enhance innovation, and optimise pricing strategies. About You: You are a dynamic leader with proven experience in strategic sales, marketing, and customer engagement. You thrive on creating strong teams built around robust processes and have a passion for building high-performing businesses. You will have considerable experience in dealing with project home builders and bring strong relationships to the table. Experience in building and developing teams that focus around these key customers is crucial.
