Immediate need for a talented Information Security specialist. This is a 06-12 Months(With the high possible extension) opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Toronto,ON(Hybrid). • Be a subject matter expert in Technology Risk related policies, procedures, technology control standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide consultation and guidance to business and technology partners to help them adhere to these policies and standards.
• Facilitate reviews with business and technology subject matter experts to identify where Segregation of Duties policies are required.
• Interpret internal/external business issues and recommend best practices pertaining to RBAC and SOD Policies.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, technology control standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Support technology processes, help launch governance practices to monitor, detect, prevent, and react to current and emerging security threats to, specifically within the Workforce Identity and Access Management space.
• Follow and promote relevant enterprise frameworks and methodologies (Agile methodologies including the Next Evolution of Work)
• Research and investigate regulatory compliance requirements, reporting and questions, support the team in resolving compliance, audit, and regulatory issues.
• Influence behavior to reduce risk, foster a strong technology risk management culture.
• Deliver business services, functions and capabilities that optimize the use of process, technology, and people, and take advantage of scale and operating model.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: IAM, sailpoint, Information Security .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills.
• Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
• Strong background in access governance and compliance frameworks.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and implementing IAM framework, strategies, and methodologies in large, complex organizations.
• Proficient with Sailpoint .
• Sound knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Confluence and Power BI.
• Experience with enterprise-level IAM platforms and tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization with an emphasis on senior leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of IAM concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) tools.
• Experience with Risk Management software (e.g. Archer).
• Knowledge of privileged access management (PAM).
• University Degree .
• Relevant Information Security Certification / Accreditation (CISSP, CISM, etc.).
• Experience in highly regulated industries.
• Sound knowledge of Technology Risk Treatment policies and procedures.
