Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer for our financial/investments client to lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to launch. The products will be focused on automating organization's processes. This role involves strong research skills, creating wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups and usability testing to ensure intuitive and efficient user experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and analysts to refine and implement designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, guidelines, and pattern libraries for consistency across platforms.
• Ensure designs meet WCAG and AODA accessibility standards and follow best UX/UI practices.
• Monitor and refine design processes for improved efficiency, quality, and user satisfaction.

• 4+ years of experience in product design, leading projects from concept to launch.
• Financial industry experience a strong asset
• Strong knowledge of web design principles, accessibility, and UX best practices.
• Experience with design systems, user research, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, or similar tools.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
