Job Title : Head – Airport Operations & Capacity Enhancement Client : One of India's leading Services & Infrastructure Conglomerates with interests in Airline, Retail, urban infrastructure, Airport Development, Services business etc Salary Band : 85-90 LPA Position Summary:

• Overall responsible for the profitable, efficient, safe, smooth and secure operations and development of the Airports Airside Operations.
• Lead the Airport Capacity Enhancement initiatives and ensure its implementation.

• Complete responsibility and accountability for the smooth operations of Airside.
• Implementation of initiatives for Airport Capacity Enhancement.
• Analyzing new airside projects, ensuring their feasibility and review of the ongoing projects.
• Preparation and reviewing budget for the financial year.
• Resource optimization and achievement of revenue targets of Annual Operating Plan.
• Ensuring compliances and timely renewal of Aerodrome License.
• Ensuring timely conduct of obstacle surveys/ initiation of regulatory actions for removal or lowering of obstacles

• Industry/Trade Bodies in Airline, Cargo and Airport sector.
• Government bodies and agencies such as DGCA, AAI, ATC, NHAI etc.
• Senior Management teams of Airlines.

• Business Head & Functional Heads of the Group and airport Operational departments.
• Functional & Operational Teams including Senior Management.

• Preparation of Annual Operating Plan.
• Ensure effective management of Budgeted Annual Operations Plan (AOP) and contribute to annual revenue.

• 15+ years’ experience in Airline/Aviation industry.
• Experience in Airport - Airside Planning and Operations is desired
• Knowledge of Airport capacity, ATC procedures
• Well versed with DGCA , BCAS guidelines.
