Associate Director - FPNA (Pharma/Manufacturing)

Job Purpose: FP&A, Budgeting, Business Partnering. Define financial situation by performing financial analyses, evaluating optional plans, appraising current condition and assessing potential and thereafter, recommending financial actions in relation to organisation goals and thus, enabling the Management take an informed decision Key responsibilities: I. Drive financial performance to achieve topline growth, improve margins and cash flow II. Establish sustained building blocks to deliver targeted business III. Harmonize finance processes through on-time deliverables for quality and timely reporting to senior management IV. Build a highly motivated and engaged team to deliver the expected results V. Business partnering Qualification: CA/MBA with 8-12 years of experience, preferably from pharma/manufacturing background.
