Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - KNX / LUTRON in Home Automation Control Solutions at Gran Via Automation located in Mumbai. The role will involve tasks related to marketing, business development, client relationship management, and promoting home automation control solutions to key influencers - Architects, Interior designers, Lighting consultants, MEP/Project Consultants, and Builders. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting and associating with key stakeholders – Architects, Lighting designers, Interior designers, MEP and PMC Consultants, Contractors, Builders and end clients in Mumbai, to promote the offerings from Gran Via Automation.
- Generate and nurture positive sales leads for Crestron, Lutron, Schneider, and other premium automation brands.
- Cold calling and cold visits to expand the reach amongst all the key stakeholders in the region
- Email marketing and follow-ups to schedule meetings and appointments for the visit with the senior team members
- Design focused working with proper classification of the key stakeholders as per categories and success ratio.
- Build and maintain a funnel list and robust sales pipeline for all the high-value residential and commercial automation projects.
- Leverage relationships with automation brand representatives to co-market and showcase their solutions in Gran Via’s portfolio.
- Oversee marketing campaigns that highlight the features and benefits of Crestron, Lutron, and Schneider products.
- Digital marketing, Content development, LinkedIn / YouTube video Reels to enhance online visibility and lead generation
- Presentations PPT tailored to client needs.
- Develop printed promotional materials, Leave behind, Catalogue, Reminder Tags.
- Organize joint events, webinars, trade shows to enhance visibility and lead generation.
- Track and analyse sales performance and lead conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on funnel list, sales progress, brand-specific opportunities, and market trends.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and identify new opportunities for collaboration with Crestron, Lutron, Schneider, and similar brands.
- Business Development and Sales skills
- Strong network and experience in promoting to A+ Key Influencers - Architects, Interior designers, Lighting consultants and Builders in the region
- Proven track record of generating high-quality sales leads and achieving revenue targets
- Knowledge of KNX and LUTRON and other Home automation systems
- Experience in Home Automation Control Solutions
- Client Relationship Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
