• Maintaining existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and updating client information.
• Maintain strong relationships with the client base .
• Onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information.
• Support the team’s marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events and seminars.
• Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and other materials for client meetings.
• Input orders on behalf of the Financial Advisor.
• Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily business practices, including coordination for client meetings, preparing travel & expense reports, and file & calendar maintenance.

Knowledge, Competency and Skills requirement: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS office. • Expertise in Operations work. • Knowledge of Wealth Products. • Processing of transactions like MF, AIF, PMS, Bonds. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to create/gather/analyze data. • Client Servicing and interactions.
