Exchange Engineer

We are looking for experienced M365 / Exchange Engineers with 4+ years of expertise to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in managing and troubleshooting Exchange environments, including M365 administration, email flow management, email migration and advanced issue resolution. As key contributors, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our messaging infrastructure. Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Exchange 2019 administration, including DAG, transport rules, and server maintenance.
• Proficiency in managing Exchange Online (Office 365), including PowerShell scripting for automation and advanced configurations.
• Knowledge of hybrid Exchange configurations, including Azure AD Connect, ADFS, and Exchange Hybrid Configuration Wizard.
• Familiarity with Exchange Online Protection (EOP), spam filtering, and email security best practices.
• Experience with email migration tools(Quest OR Bit Titan) and processes, particularly from on-premises to cloud environments.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex email-related issues across hybrid environments.
• Experience with monitoring and performance tuning tools for Exchange Server and Office 365.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end users, IT teams, and management.
• Ability to document technical processes and create user-facing documentation.

• Microsoft Certified: Exchange Server 2019 Administrator
• Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate (Office 365)
