Role Overview: We are looking for a SEO Content Writer ( Remote ) to create high-impact, search-optimized content that ranks on Google and drives conversions. You will work closely with the SEO team to develop an SEO-driven content strategy, ensuring our blogs and landing pages attract and engage TA leaders, CTOs, founders, and CHROs in India and the US. This role requires strong research skills, an understanding of keyword optimization, and AI-assisted content creation. If you love writing engaging, data-backed content that converts, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: 1. SEO-Optimized Content Creation

• Write high-quality, SEO-driven blogs and landing pages for various hiring verticals (Staffing, IT Services, GCC, RPO).
• Optimize content using GA4, SEMrush, SEOSurfer, and AI tools to improve ranking potential.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-ranking opportunities.
• Implement SEO best practices such as on-page optimization, internal linking, and schema markup.

• Work with the SEO team to create conversion-optimized landing pages that drive leads.
• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, and CTAs for better click-through rates.
• Continuously test and improve content structure, readability, and engagement metrics.

• Utilize AI tools to speed up research, generate content ideas, and optimize drafts.
• Maintain a human-led editorial process to ensure clarity, credibility, and engagement.
• Analyze GA4 and SEO metrics to refine content based on real-time performance data.

• 2-4 years of experience in SEO content writing for B2B or tech industries.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, SEMrush, SEOSurfer, and AI writing tools.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for decision-makers (TA leaders, CTOs, founders, CHROs).
• Familiarity with Google’s EEAT principles for authoritative content.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with SEO and growth teams.
