About the Role - We are looking for a Sales Officer in Uttar Pradesh Responsibilities -

  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for assigned territory by effectively selling the company's FMCG products to retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends to develop strategic sales plans and identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular visits, effective communication, and addressing customer concerns to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Distribution Network Management: Ensure proper product distribution across assigned territory by collaborating with distributors, managing stock levels, and monitoring product availability at retail outlets.
  • Sales Promotion and Merchandising: Execute sales promotion activities, including in-store displays, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility.
  • Order Processing and Inventory Management: Accurately process customer orders, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed sales reports, analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide insights to management.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new product launches to maintain a competitive edge.
  • New Business Development: Identify potential new customers, establish new business relationships, and expand market reach.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field Required Skills -
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and build rapport
  • Proven sales track record in the FMCG industry
  • Understanding of retail dynamics and distribution channels
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Preferred Skills - Sales Pay range and compensation package -As per industry standard.
