About The Role Join our dynamic team at Akura as a skilled and experienced Site Manager and take the lead on multimillion-dollar industrial projects located in Regional NSW, with more exciting projects on the horizon! Initially located on site in Gooloogong NSW and reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll manage daily on-site operations, ensuring timely, on-budget project delivery while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. Working closely with the project manager, subcontractors, and trades, you'll drive efficient, seamless, and safe construction processes, leading your team to success. Key Responsibilities Manage daily on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards Coordinate with trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project progression Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines Conduct regular site inspections, resolve any issues, and provide updates to project managers About You You should have a strong experience in construction, with a drive to lead a team effectively. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple work fronts while ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time. A strong focus on safety is essential.
