Roles and Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays to minimize disruptions and meet project milestones. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders. About you: Minimum three years’ experience as a Site Manager/Supervisor for a Head Contractor on apartment projects. Carpentry background Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials, with a focus on quality and safety.
