Senior GBV Officer

Job title : Senior GBV Officer

• To provide leadership and technical guidance for GBV activities within the project.

• Oversee the implementation of GBV activities in all project locations.
• Develop and deliver capacity-building programs for project staff on GBV prevention and response.
• Conduct monitoring and evaluation of GBV interventions to ensure quality and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and service providers to strengthen GBV referral pathways.
• Prepare detailed reports on GBV programming and outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in GBV programming, preferably with displaced populations.
• Strong knowledge of GBV principles and protection frameworks.

• Proven team player
• Able to work effectively with minimum supervision and in a diverse team environment
• Excellent planning and prioritization skills
• Ability to think tactically
• Good motivator of others
• Willing to work additional hours at crucial times

• Ability to spend long hours looking at computer screen and doing repetitive work on a keyboard.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 5-50 lbs.
