THE ROLE
We are looking for an administration superstar to join our amazing People and Capability team based at our office located just out of Te Puke, close to the expressway (go against the traffic!). As the People and Capability Administrator, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the People and Capability team, Seeka managers, and all other employees in the business. As the person who oversees the P&C email inbox, you will be the main point of call for most people-related inquiries, so no two days are the same. You will be joining a small but supportive team that gets stuck in but has fun along the way!SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years demonstrated success in an administrative role
- A diploma level qualification in human resources or a similar field
- Numerical capability, experienced in managing large data sets and ensuring the accuracy of data using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to independently solve problems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
