- A social media savvy person who lives and breathes content, and has a keen sense of the latest trends on social media.
- Proven experience in marketing either influencer marketing, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably in YouTube.
- A self-starter who wants to accelerate their career path, while making great content along the way.
- Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Identify regional consumer insights through research and trending social media content, and understand how it can be adapted to our specific use cases.
- Write unique video concepts for our in-house beauty brands to co-create content that is highly authentic and relevant to end-consumers
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Tailor marketing campaigns to specific regions, taking into account cultural nuances, preferences, and trends prevalent in key states
- Look to continuously improve the benchmarks in terms of content quality and content efficiency, number of experiments, etc
- Work with internal teams to plan and test new brand campaigns using influencers.
- Storyboarding and crafting unique narratives and hooks for influencers and products
- Savvy social media user in tune with beauty trends and influencers
- Creative thinking and ability to understand what consumers want to watch while multi-tasking
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Fluency in languages like Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Bangla/others would be a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Powerpoint and Excel.
