Interior Designer

Conceptualize and design stylish and functional apartment/office interiors aligned with requirements. Develop design concepts, floor plans, and mood boards to present to clients. Select furniture, decor, and accessories that complement the overall design aesthetic. Create detailed design proposals, including material selections, finishes, and budgets. Manage projects from inception to completion, including coordination with contractors and vendors. Stay updated on interior design trends and industry best practices. Prepare design presentations and proposals. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve optimal pricing and delivery. Conduct site visits to assess apartment layouts and measure spaces. Create 3D renderings or virtual walkthroughs to showcase design concepts. Develop and maintain relationships with furniture and decor suppliers. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively. Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven 2-3 years of experience in interior design or a related field. Strong aesthetic sense and creativity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong project management skills. Knowledge of furniture and decor sourcing and procurement. Business acumen and understanding of the market. Valid GCC Bahrain or GCC Driving License. #J-18808-Ljbffr
