- Liaison & Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO, executives, and employees.
- Meeting Coordination – Schedule, organize, and follow up on internal and external meetings for the CEO’s Office.
- Decision-Making Support – Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insightful recommendations for administrative and strategic decisions.
- Office Management – Maintain an organized and efficient work environment while ensuring discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
- Gender: Female (Bahraini National)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
- Availability: Ready to join immediately or within one month.
- Languages: Bilingual – Strong proficiency in English & Arabic.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office management tools.
