Agile Project Manager - Contract Are you an experienced Agile Project Manager ready to lead impactful technology solutions? A leading Financial Services organization is seeking a skilled professional to join their team and drive the delivery of innovative, scalable solutions that make a real difference. This is a daily rate contract role running until the end of the year initially, with the potential for extension. Hybrid working. Strong market rate available. Role Overview Drive the successful delivery of medium-scale, high-complexity technology projects, ensuring they are rooted in Agile principles, highly efficient, and scalable, while adhering to industry best practices. Empower and coach Agile teams, cultivating a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and delivering maximum value. Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies with precision, proactively manage risks, and ensure robust governance and transparent reporting to stakeholders. Collaborate seamlessly with IT delivery teams and business stakeholders, aligning Agile delivery with strategic objectives to achieve outstanding results. Financial Services industry experience is advantageous. Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira. A proven ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution under pressure. Agile or PM Certification would be a bonus.
