IT Technical Support Manager Jobs in Saudi Arabia
It plays a crucial role in delivering first-line technical assistance to employees across Alansari Holding Company and its subsidiaries. Identify, diagnose, and resolve level-one incidents. Supporting voice, data, video, and other networking services. Responsibilities:- System Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of the delivery system to ensure efficiency.
- Technical Support and Issue Resolution: Provide helpdesk support and technical assistance.
- Administer the company's existing digital infrastructure through routine evaluation and testing.
- Hire, source, and train new IT employees.
