About Oncology Pharmacy at Bahrain Specialist Hospital Our oncology pharmacy plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive cancer care. Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring and preventing adverse drug reactions to ensure patient safety and well-being
- Conducting regular audits of prescriptions and antibiotics to optimize treatment outcomes and prevent errors
