We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  2. Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events and ensuring timely reminders.
  3. Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring cost-effectiveness and smooth logistics.
  4. Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication and follow-up.
  5. Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  6. Anticipate the CEO’s needs and provide proactive reminder support to ensure key priorities and deadlines are met.
  7. Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  8. Assist in organizing board meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and recording minutes for timely dissemination.
  9. Coordinate special projects and support key initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Project Management or Communications.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant /Executive Assistant/Secretary, providing outstanding high level support.
  3. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
