Job Title: B2B Growth & Partner Marketing Specialist Location: On-site Company: Holo Reports to: Head of Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: We are a trusted name in mortgage consulting, committed to providing exceptional services to both individuals and businesses. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a driven and motivated professional to take charge of B2B growth, fostering strong partnerships and spearheading initiatives to grow our Hub by Holo platform and generate leads through our partner network. Job Description: The B2B Growth & Partner Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving Holos growth in the B2B and B2B2C spaces. This person will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with partners, developing marketing strategies to engage our partner network, and growing the Hub by Holo community of agents. The ideal candidate is one that is highly motivated, results-driven, and has a proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally within the real estate or mortgage industry. They are a proactive "doer," comfortable meeting with partners and their marketing teams to create and execute campaigns that drive lead generation and signups. Key Responsibilities: Partner Relationship Management:

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with key partners within the real estate and mortgage sectors.
  • Work directly with partner marketing teams to co-create campaigns and initiatives that align with shared business goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Holo and partner organizations to ensure mutual success.
Community Building:
  • Build and grow the Hub by Holo platform, attracting new agents and fostering an engaged community.
  • Develop programs and strategies to support agent retention and enhance their experience on the platform.
  • Organize events, webinars, and workshops to bring together and expand the Hub by Holo community.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Create and implement B2B marketing strategies aimed at driving partner engagement and lead generation.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns, including email, digital ads, and in-person activations, and more, to increase partner referrals and business leads.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to produce content and collateral tailored to partner needs.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Lead Generation:
  • Design and execute initiatives to generate high-quality leads through the partner network.
  • Develop innovative approaches to expand the reach and effectiveness of our partner-driven lead generation efforts.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow partnerships that will benefit Holo Mortgage Consultants business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, B2B2C marketing, or partner marketing, preferably in the real estate or mortgage industry.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and community-building initiatives.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful business relationships.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable traveling to meet partners, attend events, and build in-person relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
