As Sous Chef , you will be working closely with the Chef overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and presentation of Moroccan-European inspired dishes. You will work in a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure impeccable deliveries and a dining experience for our customers. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, chef de partie or in a similar leadership role, with understanding of Moroccan-European cuisine.
  • Ability to follow exact recipes with consistency .
  • Knowledge of Dubai food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as kitchen safety protocols .
  • Set the mise en place and replicate dishes.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to meet restaurant standards.
  • Maintain food inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail .
  • Step in for the Head Chef when needed.
Desired Skills:
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Passion for cooking and creativity in menu development.
  • Experience with Moroccan dishes is a plus.
  • Being Moroccan is a plus.
