Job Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize online product listings.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and online sales metrics.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the e-commerce platform.
- Manage inventory and fulfillment processes.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in managing ecommerce operations and driving online sales.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
