We serve resellers, distributors, and businesses across various regions, including Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Job Overview: We are seeking a Sales Representative with direct experience in the printing and toner industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will work from our Dubai office, focusing on generating sales, building relationships, and expanding our customer base. Fluency in French, Arabic, and English is mandatory. Candidates from Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, or similar countries are preferred. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and close deals with resellers, distributors, and businesses in key markets (Africa, Middle East, and Asia).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective promotion of our products, including compatible toner cartridges and spare parts.
- Leverage your industry knowledge to provide expert advice and tailored solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute sales campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in in-person meetings and local exhibitions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using company tools.
- Mandatory: Fluency in French, Arabic, and English (spoken and written).
- Previous direct experience in the printing, toner, or spare parts industry is required.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and the competitive landscape of the printing industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B platforms is a plus.
- Base salary of 2,500 AED per month .
- 5% commission on all sales.

- Sunday: Closed

- Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
