Customer Support Engineer

CCX Technologies is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our small but growing avionics and network engineering team. We are looking for a unique individual with a keen interest in technology and exemplary communication skills. The role will include interacting with customers to help them configure, install, and troubleshoot our products and interacting with larger systems that include our products. Strong communication skills are a must for this position, as is a proven ability to quickly understand complex technical systems. As we restructure and grow our existing customer support processes and procedures there will be an opportunity to grow the roll into a leadership position within the company. Experience with SATCOM Equipment, Avionics Equipment, or other Aerospace or Defense Systems is a requirement, as is customer service experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working on extra-curricular engineering or volunteer projects, or any other experience that demonstrates a keen interest in engineering above and beyond required academic and professional commitments.
