Responsibilities:
- Lead the R2R processes: Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all R2R activities, including journal entries, reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Lead and manage a team of R2R team: Provide guidance, support, and training to develop their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement R2R best practices and procedures: Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R process.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets reconciliation.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes: Coordinate and oversee all activities related to the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, and treasury, to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Implement and maintain internal controls: Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback: Regularly evaluate team member performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts: Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
