Programming I&C Engineer

Hands on experience of executing Automation projects for process plants - preferably in Batch/Packaging/CPG/F&B Manufacturing domains • Experience on Motion Control Applications . Experience on Special Purpose Machines or Packaging/Assembly line machines • Desirable - Knowledge of plant Historians and reporting tools • Required - Rockwell / Siemens/BeckHoff/B&R PLC hardware selection and programming knowledge • Knowledge of Engineering package for Process plant upgrade • Desirable - DCS/MES experience • Desirable - Knowledge of Instrument selection & Sizing and preparation of Control documents • Desirable - fair understanding of Low Voltage Electrical Systems • Ability to work independently • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills • Ability to analyze the problem and provide solutions during the trouble shooting situations • Help create Engineering work processes • Process Automation work experience - cGMP, Clean Design, or S88 standard batch model - ISA S95 controls system architecture - Validation, IQ/OQ , startup Skills And Expertise: PLC & HMI Programming: Rockwell Softwares - Studio5000 & RSLogix5000, FTView Machine Edition and Site Edition, Connected Component Workbench If Interested please share your resume to Menaka.S_ext@ltts.com
