Key Responsibilities: Efficient Carer Management:Oversee carer on-boarding, rosters, training, development, and welfare with the support of your Regional Manager and Support Office. Training Excellence: Training to ensure carers are fully prepared to provide exceptional care. Compliance & Safeguarding:Utilize One Touch Care Management software to monitor daily activities, emphasizing safeguarding and compliance. Effective Communication:Collaborate with the Support Office on scheduling, client care, and HSE communication. Team Development:Identify and manage training needs within your team, implementing a career development path aligned with HR strategy. Quality Assurance:Conduct and record Client Quality Assurance reviews in line with company and HSE standards. Flexibility:Take on additional duties as needed to support the highest level of care. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
