Duties/Responsibilities: Organize and execute company activities such as Family Day, D&D, Olympic Organise festive season activities and decoration Budget management for all activities Organize UMC interest groups Organize communication meetings with HQ Notice Board & Portal management and employees' birthday gift distribution Source and liaison with current and new vendors for event related activities and special promotions/discount for UMC employees. Assist in Relocation related Applications Petty cash for condolence, bereavement, childbirth, hospitalization & birthday gift. Responsible for all Travel arrangement (Air ticketing, Visa application, hotel reservation and car rental) at the lowest possible cost and fastest delivery time. Conduct company annually survey and CSR survey from customer Undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned Required skills / abilities: Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Excel and PPT knowledge Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Fast learner Capable of taking challenges and working under pressure in a fast paced environment. Education & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
