Job Description: Due to our ongoing expansion, we are currently seeking a proactive and organized Customer Service & Logistics Executive to enhance our customer interactions and streamline our sales processes. You will play a crucial role in:

Handling customer inquiries and providing timely updates on order statuses.
Preparing proforma invoices, following up on approvals, releasing sales orders, and tracking order statuses.
Coordinating packing and loading with our warehouse team.
Liaising between finance, sales teams, and customers to confirm payments and credit clearances prior to shipments.
Managing customer payments and Letter of Credit (L/C) requirements.
Overseeing shipments through transporters and issuing compliant clearance documents.
Dispatching delivery details and invoices to customers.
Ensuring commitments are met with on-time delivery achievements.
Addressing customer complaints and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of experience in customer service and logistics, preferably within the Aluminium fabrication industry.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
Familiarity with UAE customs processes and clearance procedures.
