Senior Interior Designer, Fit-Out - Female

We are seeking an experienced Senior female Interior Designer to lead high-profile fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the industry, with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in Fit-Out Projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring outstanding quality and on-time delivery.
- Manage project execution, including liaising with clients, contractors, and the design team.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements and translate their vision into innovative, functional designs.
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to established goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial interior design, with a focus on fit-out projects.
- Exceptional design skills, with a strong understanding of space planning, materials, and color theory.
- Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Native Arabic is preferred.
- Shop drawing: 5 years (Required)
- Fit-Out: 5 years (Required)
- Native Arabic (Preferred)
