Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist Department: Marketing Location: Sheyaaka, Dubai Employment Type: Full-time Position Description: We are looking for a skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to drive brand growth and customer engagement. Responsibilities include managing multi-channel campaigns (SEO, social media, email), optimizing performance through analytics, overseeing budgets, and staying updated on trends. This role also involves ensuring consistent branding and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Expertise in digital tools, data analysis, and strategic planning is essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns to build meaningful connections with customers.
  2. Develop long-term digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals, fostering cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and creative teams.
  3. Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various channels to maximize ROI.
  4. Control advanced analytics tools to track campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI, using data-driven insights to continually improve strategies.
  5. Design strategies to enhance the entire customer journey, from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless and engaging digital experience across all platforms.
  6. Create and distribute online newsletters and promotional emails across multiple channels to communicate content, deals, and offers.
  7. Oversee website management, including content creation, regular updates, and coordination with brand managers for maintenance.
  8. Conduct market research to assess trends, brand awareness, and competitor activity, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  9. Maintain and update content on the eCommerce platform to ensure fresh and relevant offerings.
  10. Analyze data to define future campaigns and activities, ensuring they target the right audience segments.
  11. Organize and oversee campaigns and promotional events across social media channels, targeting diverse audience groups.
  12. Manage Google SEM campaigns, including PPC, retargeting ads, and display ads, ensuring effective reach and engagement.
  13. Manage website and social media offers and promotions, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
  14. Define and refine buyer personas to improve targeting and drive engagement with identified audiences.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  3. Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
  4. Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  5. Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) and SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Expertise in managing digital ads on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Experience in budget management, with the ability to allocate resources effectively across various digital marketing channels to ensure optimal ROI.
