Job Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings and schematics for MV and LV switchgear systems.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to develop designs that meet project specifications and standards.
- Utilize SEE and/or E-Plan for creating and modifying electrical layouts and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including bills of materials and equipment specifications.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure accuracy in designs.
- Support project managers in coordinating design activities and addressing any drafting-related issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Draftsman in switchgear manufacturing.
- Proficiency in SEE and/or E-Plan software.
- Strong understanding of MV and LV switchgear systems.
- Experience with Oil & Gas and utility projects is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork skills.
