Job description: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Contract Manager to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery - Parking Facilities. The role involves supervising staff, improving customer experience, ensuring compliance with company standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Support

Guide and support supervisors to achieve business objectives.
Conduct regular team meetings and maintain effective communication.
Recruit, train, and appraise staff performance.

2. Customer Service & Dispute Resolution

Act as the primary contact for customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements.
Conduct site walkarounds to ensure compliance with service standards.

3. Operations & Compliance

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with company policies, and adherence to SLAs.
Oversee staff scheduling, cash handling, and revenue collection.
Conduct audits, inspections, and health & safety checks.
Prepare Monthly Reports.

4. Financial & Business Growth

Control operational costs and adhere to budget constraints.
Implement promotional strategies to increase revenue and service efficiency.

5. Problem-Solving & Crisis Management

Handle escalations, security incidents, and operational disruptions.
Apply problem-solving skills to resolve customer and team issues effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

5+ years of experience in parking industry contract management (preferably in airports or retail).
Strong knowledge of off-street car park operations and equipment .
Valid driving license .
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Financial understanding , including budgeting and P&L management.
Degree preferred , but not mandatory.
