Property Sales Consultant ( Russian / Persian Speaker)
Medical Insurance, Annual Air Ticket, Annual Leaves As Per Labour Law Job Description- Client Engagement: Actively seek and engage with clients interested in buying or leasing properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with Russian and Persian-speaking clients to understand their property needs.
- Property Management: Promote and sell properties, showcasing their unique features and benefits. Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about locations, pricing, and terms.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, including property values, new developments, and legal regulations. Provide clients with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Negotiations: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Support clients throughout the decision-making process.
- Documentation and Compliance: Assist clients with contracts, agreements, and legal formalities, ensuring compliance with UAE property regulations. Maintain accurate records of transactions and client communications.
- Networking and Outreach: Develop a network of clients and real estate professionals to expand business opportunities. Attend property expos, networking events, and meetings to represent the company.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Russian or Persian (spoken and written) is mandatory. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related field in Dubai.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, especially in Jumeirah Business Centre.
