工作職責 職責：
管理來自客戶服務熱線、電子郵件、即時聊天的面對面查詢和電話，為客戶提供優質服務
處理客戶查詢和投訴並提供解決方案
與團隊成員合作，實現整體 CS 績效標準
要求：
香港中學會考/香港中學文憑畢業生或以上，也歡迎應屆畢業生
1年客戶服務經驗優先
良好粵語、國語及英語口說及書寫能力
能夠輪班工作
熟練的 PC 技能，尤其是 MS Excel

Manage face to face enquiries and calls from Customer Service hotline, Email, Live Chat and provide quality service to customers
Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions
Work with team members to achieve overall CS performance standards
Requirements:
HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above, fresh graduates are also welcome
1 years customer service experience is an advantage
Good command of spoken & written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Able to work on shifts
Proficient PC skills, especially in MS Excel
Immediately available is much preferred
