Intermediate Full Stack Developer -- Health Tech ThriveGuide is looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Developer to join our team in building the platform that empowers families affected by autism. You'll be responsible for requirements gathering, developing and maintaining high-quality, well-tested code to ensure the seamless operation of our web solutions. Responsibilities

• End-to-end feature development: specification, production, integration and deployment.
• Collaborate effectively with designers and other developers. Understand the product vision to guide development tradeoffs.
• Develop front-end experiences using modern HTML/CSS, Sass, JavaScript.
• Build back-end solutions and data models using PHP, Python, and MySQL.
• Write clean, well-structured code that prioritizes clarity and maintainability. Participate in code reviews.
• Thoroughly test and troubleshoot code to fix bugs and optimize performance.
• Implement security measures and data protection settings.
• Measure application performance and ensure the security and data protection of our applications.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proven expertise in PHP, Python, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of the DOM and modern front-end development practices.
• Proficiency with Git and experience with configuration management tools.
• Experience with CD/CI workflows including Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
• Typescript, analytics, and AI skills are nice-to-have.
