- Lead and develop a high-performing team, including managing owner & contract drivers
- Ensure operations run smoothly, including managing deliveries, inventory, and transport logistics.
- Drive continuous improvements to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain service levels above 95%, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products.
- Handle challenging situations, from difficult conversations with drivers to solving operational issues on the spot.
- At least 5 years of logistics or transport operations management experience, ideally in a time-sensitive or specialized product environment.
- Proven experience managing contract drivers and third-party logistics providers.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor your team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple operational challenges.
