Lead Java Developer

Akkodis is seeking a System Analyst for a contract position with a client in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Ideally looking for experience with preference AEM components, Spring Boot, REST APIs, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR), MSM web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) , microservices, devops, GIT, cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure). and SOAP would be someone with the required skills and experience, particularly in large organizations. Title: Java Developer - Specialty - 5 Location: : 4 King Street W 15th Floor Hybrid - 3 days in office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Note: 10+ Years of experience in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SOAP services and 5+ Years of extensive experience with AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR), MSM including translation framework Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: • 10+ Years of experience in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SOAP services and proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related frameworks. • 5+ Years of extensive experience with AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR), MSM including translation framework • 3+ Solid understanding of developing Web applications in Apache, Tomcat & JBoss servers. • 3+ Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). And also have experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Experience working in an agile environment. Nice-To-Have Skills: • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure). • Knowledge of microservices architecture. • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
